    I paid over $1600 for a refrigerator before Thanksgiving 2017. It would not not be delivered until after Christmas. I was okay with that, because it was a new model. They told us it was to be delivered on Monday, Jan 29, 2018. Because I’m just out of the hospital, my mom (in her 80's) unloaded all the refrigerated & frozen foods to make it easy on the delivery guys. It’s almost 7PM and after multiple calls (& getting disconnected at least 5 times) Lowe’s says they'll deliver on Wednesday. Arg!!!! Think twice before using Lowe's for delivery service. I hope someone from Lowe's gets back to me on this one.

    Lowes Home improvement is always a pleasure to do business with. I am at their stores often, sometimes multiple times per day and it is always a pleasure.
