At first he may seem "business-like" but after seeing him for over 3 years now I can assure you he is caring and even funny sometimes. He and his staff know who I am the minute I walk in the door and he even remembers personal stuff (like where my son goes to college) and asks about stuff like that once he gets to know you. His staff (and him too) have gone out of their way many times for me with no complaints.
